What size meal should I get?

Here are some guidelines:

Large meals contain about 7 ounces of protein and 7 ounces of vegetable.

Family meals contain four large meal servings. Not every meal is available as a Family size.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

Always fresh. You can freeze our meals if life happens and you do not expect to eat them in the first seven days, but fresh just tastes better.

What is the quality of the food like?

We care deeply about the quality of the food which we prepare and serve, because we know you care about what goes in your body. Whenever possible, we use locally raised meats from Eva's Organic Butcher Shop. Our meats never contain antibiotics or preservatives, and we work hard to find the freshest possible ingredients.

Naturally, our Paleo-friendly meals have no preservatives and are gluten, dairy, and sugar free. What you won’t ever see in our meals are meats injected with hormones or antibiotics, GMOs, Gluten, or Soy.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. Do you have meals that work for me?
Typically, yes! Feel free to contact Chef Rachel at 978-578-7550 with any special requests. Or email [email protected]
How do I heat my meals?

Meals can be heated in the microwaveable container, or put on a plate and heated in the oven. The container doesn’t go in the oven.

Where can I see the menu?

You can see our weekly menu here.

What the cluck is Paleo?
Eating paleo means going back to eating real, whole unprocessed foods. Paleo “diets” include lots of lean proteins, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats. Read more here.
What should I do with the container?

Your meal containers are BPA Free and can be reused or recycled.

Can I customize my meal?

We make hundreds of meals each week in large scales. With that being said, we cannot customize the orders or take any ingredients out that are listed. If you have an allergy you will find on each dish in the menu (under the ingredients) it will say if there is anything in the dish associated with common allergies. If you have any further questions please email us.

We deliver to the towns listed here.

Do I need to be home when my food is delivered?

Short answer: No

However, we ask for you to leave out a cooler to ensure that your food is kept safe and at an optimal temperature (read the next question to find out why).

Why should I leave a cooler outside for delivery?

Here is a quote from the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Services that will explain why food must be kept at certain temperatures.

"Leaving food out too long at room temperature (40 °F - 140 °F) can cause bacteria (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella Enteritidis, Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Campylobacter) to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness."
